The weather has gotten cold and the braising and roasting has commenced. We already have turkey day past us and that means all the December holidays! They are fast approaching and we will have all of your favorite meats to make your celebration the best it can be!
STANDING RIB ROAST
Standing rib roast is a bone in roast that can be frenched, (with the bone exposed,) hinged, (meat cut away from the bone and tied back on,) tied, or any combination of the three.
BEEF TENDERLOIN ROAST
A holiday classic! A full tenderloin roast is about 3.5lb-4.5lb. Roast can be tied upon request.
A holiday must have! The average weight of a full brisket is up to 16lbs. Can be split into 1st cut, (more lean and flat,) or 2nd cut, (fattier and taller.) Brisket comes fully trimmed unless otherwise ordered.
An Italian classic! Boneless pork loin seasoned and rolled into belly. What’s not to love about this succulent beauty!?
Tradition! Our house brined and smoked ham comes bone in, or out, skin on, or skin off.
RACK OF LAMB
Full racks of lamb have 8 chops. Each rack weighs on average 1.5-2lbs. Racks can be frenched, (with the bones exposed,) or tied.
Our fully house made kielbasa isn’t in a traditional shape, but it has traditional flavor! Smokey 6” links for a personal serving.
HOT OR SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
House made fennel sausage with garlic. We have spicy hot or sweet for less of a kick. Sold in “6 links or loose.
Sage and garlic style breakfast sausage. Sold loose for patties or crumble.
When thinking about how much meat you will need for all your guest, we always recommend about a half pound per person for boneless and about three quarters of a pound for bone in. Make sure to get your orders in ASAP as we have limited quantities of most items.
